If i remember correctly one time, for about 5minutes it seemed as though it was working, but when I loaded a game it again fell in to the same well of issues and lost functionality. the ususal workload of problem solving (I've been doing this for over 30 years now) basically worked through so many options it became obvious the issue was safely not my end. ![]() ![]() When I first tried G-Hub I went through all the possible options I could think of, admin right on start up, manual admin rights, Installed with admin rights. Auto profile switching I just turn off, while it would be nice to use in the right conditions, I alt tab often and the profile will switch and results in delayed and uncomfortable results. I use the Onboard memory and can set DPI, Lighting settings but no not macros, at least not full macro functionality. I can get some functionality from the older Logitech Gaming software but limited. Maybe Logitech need to forget about G-Hub and add the full support for newer mice to the old working LGS. I'm writing this because tonight for the 6th time I've installed your recent update.Īnd again I will be uninstalling, reverting back to an old LGS version I thankfully keep on my Backup drive. but I turn that off because its so annoying. the only thing that does work is the auto profile switching. Dpi settings don't change, and when they do they change to something I didn't set. ![]() lighting profiles freeze and in the wrong colour settings. I set the lighting, it does what it wants to do. Lighting profiles and DPI setting work exactly as I input them, On board memory works, exactly as I configure the. I other wise have to revert to the Logitech Gaming software, which while it doesn't come with full support for the 502H, it actually functions 100% correctly for the functions it does support. Every time they update, I install only to find I'm uninstalling it with in the hour. So Ever since i purchased my G502 Hero I've repeatedly tried to use the G-hub software.
